Timothy S. Trigilio

Tim focuses his practice in real estate, commercial and corporate matters and also maintains an active estate planning and probate practice. Tim also has considerable litigation experience, including trials and appeals in Ohio and federal courts. Tim’s real estate practice includes commercial and residential development and transactional work, including sales and leases. Tim regularly forms corporations and limited liability companies and provides advice and counsel to both closely held and publicly held corporations in a variety of areas, including commercial transactions, day to day business operations and purchase and sale of businesses and business assets. Tim’s estate planning and probate practice includes preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and administration of trust and probate estates.
